Recruitment Coordinator/L&D Assistant
A leading trading firm based in the City of London are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/L&D Assistant to join the team. This will be joining a team of 5 into a newly created role, incredible opportunity. You will be coming into support the Recruitment Manager and L&D/Talent Manager who will be joining next year. The recruitment coordinator side of the role is setting up interviews, agencies, vendor management and managed/dealing with a lot of different managers. Being personable is key along with very organised and attention to detail. From the L&D side, this is general admin and building out training framework, support BPs with training programmes, booking venues, all logistics around it. In time, you would get involved in recruitment and have a lot more ownership of the L&D. The beauty of this role, it's a small team and you will be involved in all aspects of HR. As they're such a small team the dynamic is really important and they would like to hire someone that will be flexible, takes initiative, can multitasked and has great attention to detail. As this is a nearly created role, personality fit is key.
