Customer Service Representitive, French or Italian Speaking

Answering inbound inquiries over the phone and through email and ensuring to update the customer database.
Responding to the inquiries in a timely manner, and prioritising any urgent queries.
Having a creative response and thinking outside the box when having to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintaining an accurate standard for all work and order entries.
Probing the customer with questions to overcome objections.
This position has a weekly schedule where you must be able to work anytime Sunday through Saturday between 8 am to 6 pm.
Experience in customer service is essential.
Polite and professional manner on the phone and strong written communication skills.
Takes responsibility for their work and likes to overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
An enthusiastic outlook and enjoys being involved in the team.
