Your new company
You will be joining an international leading insurance business based in City of London. With almost 4000 employees globally they are due to grow and expand the HR team by adding some key roles

Your new role
As a HR Manager you will act as a generalist working closely with the European counterparts as well as a team in the US. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with senior leaders and managers and become a trusted business partner. You will be required to regularly update and maintain the employment legislation working with the head of HR to implement changes to policies and procedures. In addition, you will be managing ER cases and offering expert advice and support to partners involved. Take responsibility for managing all cyclical HR activities such as performance review, pay cycles, talent reviews and engagement surveys. Identify L&D needs and solutions, provide input to resource strategies for your business teams and look after projects in D&I and wellness.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previously worked for a leading organisation in a generalist HR capacity. You will need to be CIPD qualified and have a good understanding of employment law and TUPE. Attention to detail and accuracy is vital and having stakeholder management experience.
