Internal Recruiter

Experience of delivering the full recruitment cycle is required for this new Internal Recruiter role working in an expanding recruitment function based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.  

From working closely with stakeholders to take the full brief for roles, screening, interviewing, organising assessment centres through to negotiating the final offers of employment – you will be responsible for the full remit!  

As Internal Recruiter, you must be able to demonstrate experience of recruiting across a diverse range of disciplines and managing multiple roles at one time.  This is a fast-paced role in a successful, growing global business so the ability to plate-spin is essential.
