Payroll & Benefits Specialist £45k to £48k + Bonus & Benefits - City London

A leading Finance Brokers based in the City seek and experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to come in and head up their Payroll & Benefits Administration offering.

Reporting into the Head of Reward you will be the subject matter expert for 2 monthly payrolls along with all benefits administration.

The role:

To be the subject matter expert for the UK and small US payroll

To be the subject matter expert for all benefits administration

Work alongside the Head of Reward in relation to benefits renewals and negotiations

Vendor management on a weekly/monthly basis

Escalate Vendor issues when needed

Pensions experience

Close liaison with HR, Reward and Finance

Some systems implementation experience (an advantage)

P11D's

Other:

Must have strong payroll experience

Ideally come from a Financial/Professional Services background

Strong benefits & Pensions experience

Good level of Excel - V Look Ups/Pivot Tables

Confident communicator internal and external

High levels of attention to detail

Someone looking long-term

Team player
