EMEA Payroll Officer £45k to £48k + Bonus & Benefits - City A global Investment Bank based in the City seek an experienced EMEA Payroll Officer on a permanent basis. Reporting into the International Payroll & Benefits Manager the role of the EMEA Payroll Officer is as follows: Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with day to day administration of UK payroll (ADP)Liaising with ADP to process payroll across EMEA (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Dubai, Sweden and Holland) and ensuring funding has been processed within specific timescalesworking with Accounts to ensure international third party payments are correctly allocatedMaintaining a high level of customer service, responding to and resolving employee queriesCompiling, producing and despatching employee P11D statements annuallyCompiling, producing and submission of employer related securities (former form42)Compiling and submitting PSA to HMRC annuallyPayments to third party providers as necessaryCalculating tax due on stock vesting across UK and EMEA region, processing confirmation statements in HR System and ensuring correct taxes are withheld from employeesEnsuring monthly pension/benefits enrolment data is correctly loaded onto payroll Candidate SpecificationStrong knowledge of UK payroll and legislationUnderstanding of Stock schemesKnowledge of Tax Year End proceduresADP knowledge would be desirableStrong communication skillsTeam player
