EMEA Payroll & Benefits Specialist £45k to £50k + Bonus and Benefits - City

A boutique Global Financial Services organisations currently seek an experienced EMEA Payroll & Benefits Specialist on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly into the Global Payroll Manager the role will be supporting and having full responsibility of the UK and 9 EMEA countries along with supporting the Head of Compensation & Benefits.

The role is as follows:

Assist the Global Payroll Manager with accurate and timely processing of the UK and EMEA payrolls

Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure a speedy resolution of issues and continuous improvement

First point of contact for employee questions and queries

Maintain systems and records

Ensure that correct payments, reports and returns are made to HMRC and external companies

Annual preparation and submission of the P11D data to HMRC

Play a key part in all payroll projects.

Reporting & Benefits:

Assist the Compensation & Benefits Manager in the administration and renewal of annual global benefits plans

Create and maintain a monthly dashboard which is then sent out to relevant Stakeholders

Assist with the preparation of annual submission reports

Upload monthly pension and 401k files

Assist with data preparation, analysis and annual bonus and salary reviews

Skills & Competencies:

Must have the relevant payroll experience and exposure

Must be numerate with strong analytical skill set

Strong communication skills internal/external

Strong Excel (V Lookups & Pivots)

Attention to detail driven

Team work
