Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Manager £45k to £52k + Bens - City

A leading Law Firm based in the heart of the City seek and experienced Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Manager to run, lead and drive their offering to the UK population.

Reporting into the Head of Reward you will be a dedicated payroll professional who embraces the evolution of payroll incorporating pensions and benefits and being the subject matter expert on all 3.

Payroll, Pensions & Benefits

Be the subject matter expert for the UK payroll and ensuring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

Be responsible for a start to finish payroll including starters/leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP etc.

Line manage 1 direct report (Payroll Assistant)

Report into the Head of Reward

Payroll month end, year-end process and reporting, including P11D and P60

Monthly auto-enrolment and pension management

Manage all benefits administration

Be responsible for benefits renewals and negotiations

Key liaison with HR, Finance and Benefits providers

Skills Required

Wealth of Payroll, Pensions & Benefits experience

Line management experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skill set internal and external

Team player

Strong business partnering skill set and approach

Highly professional individual
