HR Manager

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a fast growing company in their search for a HR Manager to support them with this growth. This is a permanent role to be based in Chorley, with a salary of up to £40k with great benefits.

This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor looking to take the next step, or an experienced HR Manager looking for their next opportunity.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to;

·Represent the HR function, ensuring best practise is followed and that it is fair and consistent as possible in relation to all employee's.
·Ensure that the company complies with all employment legislation ensuring that all policy and procedure is compliant.
·Promote employee engagement, motivation and well being.
·To ensure policies and procedures are embedded across the business and also reviewed and amended in line with evolving working practises.


We are looking for;

·Proven operational HR background having true generalist experience.
·Excellent and up to date knowledge UK employment law knowledge.
·Experience of being hands on within roles.
·CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
