Client Details

A well-known retail brand providing fast food across the UK with over 100 UK employees and multiple outlets. Our client is owned by a larger global company.

Suitable for an individual looking for growth potential with exposure to a European company, based in central London.

Description

Based in London and joining as HR Manager in a stand along role, your responsibilities will include

  • Managing payroll and HR systems abiding to deadlines and legal guidelines.
  • Manage and Co-ordinate the recruitment process,
  • Coordinate training and development.
  • Maintain and analyse HR KPIs.
  • Administration of pensions, auto enrolment and employee benefits.
  • Provide support on employment issues, entitlements and payments to employees.
  • Production and completion of end of year returns and P11ds.
  • Electronic data interchange, ensuring FPS and EPS they are filed on time each month.
  • Support HR relation in absence monitoring, welfare, meetings and disciplinary hearings.
  • Will report directly to the managing director.
  • Assisting the operational staff from the partnering global company.
  • Profile

    To be considered for this role as HR Manager the successful candidate will:

  • Proven HR generalist experience across the retail and leisure industry.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple sites and a multinational workforce.
  • Clear understanding of the UK employment law.
  • European languages will be a real advantage especially Italian or Spanish as you will be working with a multinational workforce.

    Job Offer

    This is a role in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry and offers a chance of progression and a chance to grow a new business.

    Our client is paying a salary of between £40,000 and £45,000 plus benefits for this role base .
