Your new role
Your new role will Report directly in to the Senior Recruitment Advisor as part of the wider HR team and support the team in attracting the best talent with the full 360 recruitment process with administrative/office duties. As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle which will include stakeholder management meetings with hiring managers to discuss live vacancies. Advertising roles and implementing candidate attraction campaigns, using social media platforms for targeting talent in the market place, conducting candidate screening including face to face interviews, onboarding which will also include our own administration and compliance checks, carrying out company start inductions.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is a talent & customer focused team therefore the successful candidate must have strong relationship building skills and be able to demonstrate fantastic communications both written, face to face & over the phone. You must be proactive in your approach and use initiative to hit the ground running in your role. You will also need to be confident in using HR systems and with at least 1 year's in-house recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have experience of working within a process driven, high volume recruitment environment.
