Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will be reporting to and providing full generalist support to the HR Manager and wider HR team. Your main responsibilities will include managing the administration regarding payroll changes and reporting, recruitment, on boarding, off boarding, training, performance appraisal and more for the HR department. Further duties include maintaining the Employee Handbook of HR Policies and Procedures, managing and advising on Employee Relations cases and queries, ensuring all regulatory needs are met by liaising with the Compliance team and any other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have previous generalist experience in a similar environment, be savvy regarding HR Systems, and be CIPD qualified or be working towards it. You will need extremely strong interpersonal skills, a resilient attitude and attention to detail.
