My client, a leading investment managers, currently have a busy HR Assistant position available to. The role will provide comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle and will act as a first line contact to all employees regarding queries and advice on all HR policy and practices.

Administer the new starter and leaver processes including all documentation, induction processes and exit interviews

Maintain and update personnel record systems

Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions

Manage maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and parental leave administration and ensure that associated payroll processes are completed

Respond to general queries from managers and employees

Provide support to managers on all aspects of people management including recruitment, attendance, employee relations

Support line managers with interpretation of HR policies and processes

Manage employee relations cases e.g. performance, Family-friendly, absence, and partner with HRBPs for more complex cases

Coach line managers to hold probation meetings

Participate in HR projects as required

Provide support and coaching to line managers in relation to HR systems

Provide general administration support to the HR department as required

Candidate Requirements:

1 year + HR Experience

Financial or Professional Services experience

Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving

Team player

Experience of working in a fast paced Head Office environment

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
