Job Details
My client, a leading investment managers, currently have a busy HR Assistant position available to. The role will provide comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle and will act as a first line contact to all employees regarding queries and advice on all HR policy and practices.Administer the new starter and leaver processes including all documentation, induction processes and exit interviewsMaintain and update personnel record systems Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditionsManage maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and parental leave administration and ensure that associated payroll processes are completedRespond to general queries from managers and employeesProvide support to managers on all aspects of people management including recruitment, attendance, employee relationsSupport line managers with interpretation of HR policies and processes Manage employee relations cases e.g. performance, Family-friendly, absence, and partner with HRBPs for more complex casesCoach line managers to hold probation meetings Participate in HR projects as requiredProvide support and coaching to line managers in relation to HR systemsProvide general administration support to the HR department as required Candidate Requirements:1 year + HR ExperienceFinancial or Professional Services experienceAction oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solvingTeam playerExperience of working in a fast paced Head Office environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
