Michael Page is working with a successful and growing retail business to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner. You will cover the Kent and Sussex region and will join the business at an extremely exciting time as they go through further acquisitions and continue to grow and develop the HR function.

They are offering an excellent opportunity to join them in a demanding and fast paced role which will give the successful candidate exposure to the board with real potential to develop as the business grows.

Description

As a strategic HR Business Partner for the South East, you will support around 14 sites across Kent and Sussex. You will support the leadership team in the strategic and operational management of HR in order to support the overall business goals in areas such as growth, revenue and profit.

As well as providing robust and comprehensive advice and guidance to Managers within your region, you will also support strategic projects in areas such as change management, reward and engagement.

You will support Managers in areas such as recruitment, succession planning and employee relations - providing advice and guidance as well as dealing with more complex ER cases. This role will also require you to work with the Operations board in the delivery of people strategies, ensuring that all HR operations are in line with the overall business goals.

Profile

In order to be considered for this Business Partner role, you will have worked in a multi-site environment in a commercially focused but generalist HR role. You will have a proven ability to develop effective working relationships at Manager and ideally board level. You will be results focused and will have worked on strategic projects in areas such as organisational change and development, as well as demonstrating excellent generalist HR knowledge.

You will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast paced environment.
