Oakleaf Partnership are working with an International property firm in the West-end of London recruiting for a Total Reward Manager. This role will:Be a stand-alone role taking full ownership for the Reward function.Take the lead on the annual compensation pieceTake ownership of the co-investment schemes, long term incentive plans and bonus plansProvide a centre of expertise as Reward Specialist reporting into the HR Director. The successful candidate:Will have International experience.An eye for detailExperience in a Professional Services environmentCompensation & Benefits experienceProven and demonstrable experience in European or EMEA reward processesExperience with executive rewardKnowledge of Long Term Incentive schemesFamiliarity with working in a Global, EMEA or European HQ HR team If you would like to be considered for this role please apply accordingly.
