Reward Analyst / Reward Advisor
Gatwick Diamond
18 Month FTC
Up to £50,000

Badenoch + Clark have partnered with a leading name in the Gatwick Diamond to recruit a new Reward Analyst. Initially on a 18 month FTC you will be central to the ongoing roll out and development of the reward strategy.


Responsibilities include:
Collect, interpret and process data around Reward and benefit information.
Production of MI around staff cost, turnover, salary changes and people data.
Converting raw data into useful, value add information that can support commercial, forward thinking decisions.
Benchmarking data alongside research, analysis and presentation on salary, benefits and compensation.
Support in the communication of employee reward and benefit programmes.

To be suitable, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:
An advanced ability in excel such as V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros
A logical, process driven mindset with an eye for detail.
Proven background handling volumes of data and converting into commercially useful information
An understanding of Reward policies such as Gender Pay Gap, Pensions processes and Bonus calculations.
