Employee Relations Advisor

Are you an experienced ER professional looking for the next step? Or are you an HR Generalist with extensive exposure in Employee Relations?

Do you enjoy managing a high volume of cases and having a busy workload?

I am supporting a well-known not-for-profit organisation in Central London, in their search for an ER Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying up to £37,402.

This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5. Due to the nature of this role, travel to different regions will be required on a weekly basis.

Working in an established HR function, you will work closely with different members of the team and collaborate with different offices. This will be a great way to build key relationships and ensure consistency across the different branches.

You will be the first point of contact and be responsible for managing a range of ER cases. Low level cases are typically absences, sickness, and maternity/paternity leave. More complex cases may be around redundancies, restructures, and safeguarding.

This will ultimately be a fantastic opportunity for someone to really strengthen their ER skills and still be part of a generalist HR function.

I am looking to either speak with HR Generalists who are interested in an ER-focused role, or ER specialists looking for their next step.

Interviews will be carried out on Wednesday 30th October.
