As a HR Business Partner, reporting into the HR Director, you will partner with your business area Directors and Heads to deliver on a specific piece of change agenda.

Description
This HR Business Partner (12 month FTC), reporting into the HR Director, will be an operational, strategic and project aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.
You will manage key relationships with Directors and area Heads to business partner and advise on the people agenda for a national client group.
Using the People plan formulate an implementation programme that consists of structural and cultural change - project focuses will therefore include Restructure, Redundancy, TUPE, Performance & Talent Management and Engagement.
You will have a focus on managing the ER, Talent & Performance, Engagement and D&I agenda.
You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal stakeholders.
This role is based in Manchester, you will focus on a key business area. National travel will be required. Agile working is organisationally recognised.
Profile
As a HR Business Partner (12 month FTC), you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.
Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the management and leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.
You will be equipped with an operational toolkit which will enable you to manage and assist key projects within a generalist space; Change Management (including TUPE), ER, Talent & Performance, Engagement and D&I etc.
You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Job Offer
This role will paid £48,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will also receive a performance related bonus, along with a full suite of benefits.
