As HR Advisor for this leisure company, you will report in to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for providing advice and support to the business in London.

You will support and coach managers to ensure performance and employee relations are in line with policy and legislative requirements.

Description

As HR Advisor, you will report in to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for providing advice and support to the business.

  • Support and coach managers to manage conduct and counselling, employee performance and absence in line with policy and legislative requirements
  • Support managers with recruitment activities including assessment, selection and audit
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice frameworks
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and satisfy internal and external stakeholder needs
  • Ability to advise and influence all levels of management and employees

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have the following skills and attributes:

  • CIPD Qualified or Degree Educated in relevant discipline is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills

Job Offer

This HR Advisor role is a permanent position based in London.

  • Hours of work are: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday - Friday
