My client, a global Business to Business organisation are looking for a HR Officer to join their collaborative HR team in South West London.

This company is on a mission to expand and they are looking for an energetic HR professional to help drive the business forward. You will work closely with the HR Manager to support all employees in their global offices!

Main responsibilities:

Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process

Proactively supporting the HR Manager to deliver HR calendar activities and support HR initiatives, HR projects and ER case management

End to end recruitment for the US offices

Assist with the coordination and delivery of the bi-annual review process

Be the first point of contact for employee queries and communicate with employees at all levels of the business, external companies and HR teams

Take minutes during meetings and formally record employee relations cases

Ensure all filing, both soft and hard copy is kept up to date

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function by getting involved with projects to drive success
