Job Details
Page are recruiting for an executive assistant working in a Legal practice in Wigan, this is an exciting opportunity which will involve providing administrative support for fee earners in undertaking legal work.
Client Details
The client is a well established Legal practice firm who are looking to grow and expand. They are looking to hire an interim Executive assistant on a 6 month contract with a possibility of an extension.
Description
The key responsibilities for the interim Executive Assistant are:
- Assisting fee earners with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, creating document bundles, drafting letters etc.
- PA support for the partners
- Answering calls from clients, taking queries and transferring to relevant team
- Arranging meetings using Outlook calendar and booking conference calls, meeting rooms and refreshments
- Liaising with Court for updates on matters
- Opening files on the cloud-based system, running ID checks and saving/organising documents on the file, following procedures in accordance with the Quality Manual
- Running reports on the system to help fee earners manage files
- Setting up payment requests, verifying bank details and liaising with accounts
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post for the team
- Ordering stationery/office supplies and keeping track of stock levels
Profile

Job Offer
£12- £15 per hour + Parking + Strong possibility of an extension
