Page are recruiting for an executive assistant working in a Legal practice in Wigan, this is an exciting opportunity which will involve providing administrative support for fee earners in undertaking legal work.

Client Details

The client is a well established Legal practice firm who are looking to grow and expand. They are looking to hire an interim Executive assistant on a 6 month contract with a possibility of an extension.

Description

The key responsibilities for the interim Executive Assistant are:

    • Assisting fee earners with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, creating document bundles, drafting letters etc.

    • PA support for the partners

    • Answering calls from clients, taking queries and transferring to relevant team

    • Arranging meetings using Outlook calendar and booking conference calls, meeting rooms and refreshments

    • Liaising with Court for updates on matters

    • Opening files on the cloud-based system, running ID checks and saving/organising documents on the file, following procedures in accordance with the Quality Manual

    • Running reports on the system to help fee earners manage files

    • Setting up payment requests, verifying bank details and liaising with accounts

    • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post for the team

    • Ordering stationery/office supplies and keeping track of stock levels

Job Offer
