Our client prominent financial services boutique firm is on the search for a Generalist HR Manager to join their firm starting ASAP.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing innovative yet robust HR services, systems, processes and policies to establish a 'Market Leading' function. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you will take operational responsibility for the day to day management of HR operations. The team includes three UK based HR generalists and oversight of our HK based team. Working closely with Heads of Department and Line Managers should come naturally to you and will be paramount to your success in delivering on several HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
The role touches on several regulatory and legislative frameworks, which without prior experience of working with will preclude potential candidates. You will hold an undergraduate Degree, CIPD qualification or equivalent. Have previous experience in covering HR functions within a similar organisation. Have the ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities and work at pace. Any pervious experience of HR analytics would be desirable.
