Finance Administrator

Ashley Kate UK are looking for an immediately available Finance Administrator for our client based in Birmingham on a 3 month temporary contract to over for maternity.

The role is offering a pay rate of £9.50 per hour. The role is part time but with a minimum of 3 days per week 9am to 5pm.

Duties/Typical Day:
Dealing with team, colleagues etc regarding funds allocation
Administering funds, logging and updating logs
Overseeing petty cash fund - seeking head office approval on funds, raising PO's, logging and funds release
Administration around client monies

Essential Skills:
Data management - good, proficient daily user of Excel
Data accuracy, logging updating finance logs
Some form of finance related experience in the past - relevant experience in both the admin side and liaising with various team in finance related matters
Good communication skills - phone, email and face to face
Attention to detail
Can do attitude
