Macmillan Davies are supporting our client in recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team based in Wigan. Working in a fast paced industry, this role involves providing HR Advice to managers and employees across the Northern region. Areas of responsibility will include:
*Providing full generalist HR support and advice on policies and procedures
*Managing ER casework from low level through to complex investigations
*Coach and develop line managers, promoting HR best practice
*Assisting with the recruitment and on-boarding process
*Working in conjunction with the HR Business Partner on a variety of HR tasks and projects
This role is suited to an experienced HR Advisor with experience working in a blue-collar industry. You will need to have strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills and enjoy working in a busy fast-paced environment.
