Client Details

The client is a large growing engineering company, looking to add an interim part time receptionist for a 4 month contract. The working hours are 8.30 -2.30 Monday - Friday.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Interim part time Receptionist are:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Booking meetings.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing post.
  • Management of office equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
  • Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings.

Profile

To be successful in applying for in the Interim Part time Receptionist you will be:

  • Immediately available
  • Happy to work part time
  • Experience in all the above

Job Offer

£10 - 13 per hour + Parking + Possibility of a temp to perm option
