A permanent HR Advisor role within the engineering sector
Your new company
A modern and fast paced engineering organisation based in Birmingham. They are now looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join the HR team.
Your new role
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing advice on HR policies and procedures. Other key responsibilities will include supporting managers with employee relations cases, managing absence cases, attending all ER meetings, notetaking and producing outcome letters. Additionally the HR Advisor will manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all vacancies, deliver inductions, maintain HR records, produce HR management reports, conduct exit interviews, manage parental leave requests, co-ordinate training events and manage the annual appraisal process. The HR Advisor will also support the HR Manager with HR projects and other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be an experienced HR Advisor who is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or studying towards). You will have strong generalist HR experience and have excellent employment law knowledge. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, logistics or distribution sector.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits
