Head of HR
My client a small-medium charity in South East London are seeking a Head of HR on a permanent basis.
You will be used to managing and developing a team and will manage a team of 5. You will be a true HR Generalist with strengths in Employee Relations and team management. Ideally you will be MCIPD qualified. You will report into the HR Director. It is a very diverse workforce whom are geographically dispersed so one day travel every 4-6 weeks will be expected.
The systems within this organisation are 'limited' so to speak so you will be able to work within an environment where everything is not 'brand new' and systems can take thier own time to get things done.
You will have a good amount of autonomy in this role and will be expected to manage the day-to-day as well as getting involved in the strategic side of things. Ideally culture and personality wise, you will be someone who is robust, able to challenge, and whom doesn't get affected by frustrating situations. You will be able to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organisation and you will be able to manage expectations.
