My client is a successful and growing insurance organisation with 2 large contact centre based in Northampton and Coventry. Due to business growth they are looking for 10 sales contact centre agents to start in October.

My client is a successful and growing insurance organisation with 2 large contact centre based in Northampton and Coventry. Due to business growth they are looking for 10 sales contact centre agents to start in October.

Description

The ideal applicants will have a background in insurance and contact centres - however, full training is provided and applicants without any insurance or contact centre experience will also be considered.

The role

Customer satisfaction is key and you will be playing an important role in delivering the core values of this organisation by being transparent, open and honest, by promising to do the right thing for customers, and by tailoring policies to each customers' personal needs.

Job Offer

A starting salary of £17,000 plus an achievable uncapped monthly bonus scheme averaging £21,000 per annum OTE based in quality

An opportunity to increase your basic salary up to every 6 months along with monthly incentives

Shift pattern:

8am-4pm

9am-5pm

10am-6pm

1 in 3 Saturdays

Start date Northampton 28th October

Start Date Coventry 21st October
