Your new company
A large public sector organisation is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them for 12 months.
Your new role
You will provide key HR support to specific departments across the organisation. You will work closely with the Business Partners and help support and develop employees to maximise employee performance in order to achieve business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor with strong employment law knowledge and the ability to manage high volume case work. You will ideally have experience of supporting large organisations, with strong communication skills and the confidence to support and coach line managers.
What you'll get in return
As well as a competitive salary, you may have the opportunity for your 12 month contract to be extended or become permanent.
