Project Coordinator12 month FTCGlobal Media Company West London£30-40,000 Depending on experience Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a world leading media and entertainment organisation who are looking to appoint an exceptional Project Coordinator within their London based HR team. Reporting to the VP HR, as Project Coordinator you will also work directly with the Project Manager to support a recent company integration for the EMEA Region. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven, motivated high achiever to work on a significant and high impact HR project.Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintain all project plans - weekly reporting, timeline management Taking ownership of the project meeting calendar Attending and contributing to relevant meetings Developing presentations and spreadsheets Contributing to specific projects with new ideas and actions The Project Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the VP HR (diary management, travel, answering phones). Skills/Requirements: Degree educated or equivalent Previous experience operating within a large corporate, matrix environment within a HR project management/coordination capacity Demonstrable success professionally and/or academically Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint etc. Highly organized - able to manage a busy and diverse workload Strong Relationship and stakeholder management skills Proactive, Commercial, Analytical, with a willingness to learn and adapt
