Supporting the annual salary review and bonus process and supporting a job grading project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of supporting annual pay review and or bonus cycles using systems based tools, preferably Oracle/Peoplesoft.
- Strong excel and data manipulation skills (can build and use complex excel formulae).
- Salary survey data submission experience preferably Willis Towers Watson.
