A leading global law firm based in The City are recruiting for an HR Manager (Trainees). You will play a key role in implementing the strategic initiatives that impact on the development of the firm's trainee solicitors. Key components of the role will be:

Change management

Headcount planning

Reviewing how the firm manages trainee performance

How the firm's trainees are supervised

Implementation of recommendations following an on-going review of how trainee solicitors are utilised

Ensuring efficiencies in HR systems and administrative processes and managing outsourcing as appropriate

Managing the Trainee Development team

Chairing the Trainee Solicitor Liaison Committee meetings

As HR Manager (Trainees) you will possess:

Previous HR experience within a law firm

Ideally a CIPD qualification

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
