A leading global law firm based in The City are recruiting for an HR Manager (Trainees). You will play a key role in implementing the strategic initiatives that impact on the development of the firm's trainee solicitors. Key components of the role will be:Change managementHeadcount planningReviewing how the firm manages trainee performanceHow the firm's trainees are supervisedImplementation of recommendations following an on-going review of how trainee solicitors are utilisedEnsuring efficiencies in HR systems and administrative processes and managing outsourcing as appropriateManaging the Trainee Development teamChairing the Trainee Solicitor Liaison Committee meetingsAs HR Manager (Trainees) you will possess:Previous HR experience within a law firmIdeally a CIPD qualificationStrong communication skills both written and verbalIf this HR Manager role (Trainees) is of interest, please apply directly.
