Our client, a Global Fintech Company, is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition. The role is based in London and will be supported by HR teams located in Europe and the US. It's a hugely exciting opportunity to join a growing company. You will be able to make your mark and define the global TA strategy across the firm. It has a strong culture of collaboration and you will need to be an excellent communicator who is comfortable working with key stakeholders up to C suite level, engaging them on a regular basis and aligning on hiring strategy.

The role will report directly into the Chief People Officer and has full TA responsibility across the organisation up to executive level and ownership of all related processes. Developing global and local TA strategies alongside maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

They require previous experience working in Financial services or the Technology industry with Global reach. You will have prior experience of implementing or leading a Global Talent Acquisition function across multiple jurisdictions. Solutions focused with an innovative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
