Our client, a Global Fintech Company, is seeking to hire a results-driven Technology recruiter to join their growing in-house team. The role is based in London and they are looking for candidates with previous experience in recruiting within Technology client groups. It is a fantastic opportunity to help shape best practice in a fast paced agile environment.

The role requires a great communicator who is passionate about sourcing the best talent to match the requirements outlined by senior stakeholders. You will manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, pipeline management through to offer, negotiation and closing. You will be skilled in creating an excellent candidate experience throughout the full cycle of the project and effectively manage agency relationships.

You will have a wealth of experience in Tech recruitment and stakeholder management, either gained in-house or agency side. Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and a team player who will thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
