HR Business Partner

FTC - 12 months (asap start)

£50,000 - £55,000

We're currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a fantastic organisation on a 12 month FTC basis. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the way HR delivers its strategy and offering to the business.

Key responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with local leadership team to support core business priorities and improve employee engagement. Coach, advise and challenge business leaders on short, medium and long terms people issues.

Embrace the diversity and inclusion agenda, challenging processes, assumptions and behaviours which limit and exclude others.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the HR system, actively taking forward initiatives and supporting our ability to deliver in line with business needs.

Manage the talent development and succession planning process to enable greater engagement and retention, planning for and mitigating risks where identified.

Advise on options in organisation structures to support the longer-term, strategic needs of the organisation.

Lead the annual pay incentive process and moderation with an appreciation of distribution curves.

Utilise the full range of mediation skills to limit the impact of protracted conflict upon individual performance and business results.

Analyse, interpret and present people data to enable better decision making.


Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, at all levels of the organisation.

The ability to work as a team player and support the delivery and success of the broader HR division.

Ability to develop internal and external networks and use these to support delivery.
