Our client is looking for a highly commercial HR Manager who can continue to help develop the company culture to be best in class and to build, train and develop employees and their performance.

Description

As HR Manager you will:

  • Promote the Company's culture and identify ways to integrate culture into HR processes/initiatives.
  • Provide HR counsel to the Stakeholders in order to both support their development and to drive the people agenda.
  • Use external models, best practice, knowledge and network to continually drive improvements in business performance, organisational design and talent processes.
  • Ensure all employee relations issues are dealt with in an effective manner in line with legislation, partnering with Line Managers to coach them through individual cases.
  • Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues.
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance and absence cases
  • Drive the development of management skills and managing employee relationships
  • Provide reports to the HRD and the wider management stakeholders
  • Experience in helping to develop a strong and helpful, fun and positive company culture
  • Experience working for a corporate and an SME desirable. Ability to work autonomously essential.
