£40,000 - £45,000 equivalent



An American media and TV conglomerate are looking to hire an interim HR Business Partner to help them with a large period of change. Reporting into the VP of HR, this role will be to support on change varying from TUPE, to ER through to redundancies.



Duties will include but are not limited to:



Ad-hoc ER support


Discrete restructuring


Support the HRBPs by managing flexible working requests, maternity/probation meetings, and occupational health referrals


Policy review/updates


Updating & streamlining HR templates and job descriptions


Contingent worker project support


Assist annual compensation planning process


Preparing the organisation for the shift to agile working


Flexible working project support


Working Parents guidance for line managers






Previous experience working in a large, matrix organisation


Previous experience/knowledge of M+A, TUPE, and consultations


Ability to prioritise and push back


Great stakeholder management


Confidence to work autonomously


Background in media or creative would be useful



As this is an interim role, you must be immediately available to be considered.
