Salary: £50,000-£65,000 pa
My client is looking for a HRBP to support and work with a Senior HRBP in the London office. The role will suit someone who is relatively early in their HR career and wants a step up into a role where they can get involved and learn a broad spectrum of HR issues. This role requires a team player with energy, resilience and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting organisational change initiatives and change programmes.
Working with line managers to identify resourcing needs.
Driving the talent and succession reviews.
Supporting line managers to build the L&D function within the business.
Being accountable for bonus and salary reviews.
Dealing with ER issues.
