The role is a really admin based HR role, perfect for an entry level candidate looking to build a career in HR. Full time and permanent role.

Client Details

My client are based near Sevenoaks.

Description

  • Maintain the employee database
  • Oversee the recruitment email and ensure the recipients receive their emails
  • General recruitment administration such as job posting, contracts, offer letters etc.
  • Utilise the ATS for sourcing
  • Make sure the HR function is GDPR compliant
  • Taking calls and recording sickness and absence
  • Carry out training programme administration
  • other adhoc HR responsibilities

Profile

* You will ideally have some experience already in HR
* You will be an enthusiastic and diligent administrator
* You will be able to handle a fast paced environment
