I am seeking a HR Assistant to join a consultancy firm on a temporary basis, there is possibility for this role to go permanent in the future.

Client Details

An international consulting firm located between the city and west end of London.

Description

HR Assistant duties will include:

  • Ownership of payroll submissions
  • Maintaining HR databases
  • Benefits administration
  • Life-cycle administration eg. leavers letters, annual leave calculations, salary reviews
  • Talent management; helping with appraisals, staff feedback
  • Performance improvement processes
  • Conducting interviews for hiring Managers
  • Absence management
  • Profile

    HR Assistant essential skills:

  • A quick learner, someone who can add value
  • Must have an interest in HR and previous experience within a HR team
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Keen to bring their own ideas to the table
  • Personable and approachable
  • Confidence in speaking to people at all levels of business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to manage own workload
  • Must be motivated by having to manage their time and workload
  • Degree educated
