Job Details
Ensuring the training and development of the charities Senior Leadership Team through the provision of the charities development programme. Ensuring the vocational training is of a high quality, is reviewed on a regular basis and delivered to the employees succinctly in a way that provides them with the confidence and capability to perform their current roles.

We are exclusively working with one of the largest Not for Profit Organisations in Oxfordshire. They provide housing across Oxfordshire and work to continually improve the service they provide.
Description
- Undertake training needs analysis and produce management and leadership development programmes
- Ensure delivery methods are up to scratch and drive the company values across the organisation
- Liaise with partner organisations to design and implement training methods / programmes
- Provide ad hoc coaching to the Senior Leadership Team where necessary
- 10 Direct reports - L&D advisers based across the region
- Business Partner across other teams and departments to ensure training is kept to a high standard
Profile
Essential
- Degree or Equivalent
- Relevant qualification - evidence of competence in training and development design
- Leading / Developing a training team
- Selection and implementation of LMS
- Understands latest approaches to Apprenticeships
Desirable
- Chartered CIPD
- Coaching qualification
- Experience working for a Not for Profit Organisation
- Knowledge of eLearning as a method of delivery
- Up to date knowledge of sector specific regulations and best practice
