Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Electronics company based in Harlow. They are currently looking to appoint a Temporary Training and Development Coordinator to start in November. The role is expected to last approximately six months.
Client Details
The client are a global organisation in the Electronics industry. They are looking for an experienced candidate to join them on an ongoing temporary basis, to assist in the launch of their Graduate Training Programme. The successful candidate will assist the team in general administrative duties, including organising training venues, booking accommodation etc. The candidate must have strong organisational and communicative skills.
Description
- Organise training programmes
- Liaise with internal and external training suppliers
- Contact trainer and managers to confirm venue, time, facilities and training
- Consider costs of training
- Specify venue requirements, select venues, negotiate price
- Ensure any requirements are met including accommodation, equipment, travel etc
- Administer records using systems
- Organise the training including; reviewing list of participants, distribution of materials and training etc.
- Please note this candidate will need to be comfortable communicating with candidates and internal staff across the business (in different countries)

- Be able to work independently and within a team
- Previous experience within a Learning and Development/ Talent/ Training/ HR Administrative role will be highly beneficial
