Diversity & Inclusion Consultant

One of the world's largest banking and financial services organisations are looking to recruit a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant for their Technology, Operations and Service business areas.

As the Diversity & Inclusion Consultant you will be accountable for managing the successful delivery of HR Diversity and Inclusion projects and initiatives that support the business strategy set out in strategic people plans across their Technology, Operations and Services business.

You will also be responsible for identifying, defining and driving the D&I strategy and priorities. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and specialists including the global D&I team. You will help design pragmatic solutions to solve business problems, framing complex challenges by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have measurable impact for the business either globally or within country adding commercial value through HR projects.

To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable experience within transformation, change or project management roles with a focus into Diversity & Inclusion. You will having excellent relationship management skills and have experience working within a global, matrix organisation.
