Payroll Manager (Part Time) £10,000 + Benefits - Central London

 

 

I have currently been retained by a leading marketing agency based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager who is looking for a part time role with a fixed monthly working pattern: 3 to 5 hours per month, concentrated between 12th of the month till the 20th of the month,

 

 

Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be the main point of contact for the UK and Irish payroll using ADP Freedom.

 

 

The role:

 

Production of the monthly payroll

 

Updating the ADP system with the on-boarding process: starters and leavers

 

Reviewing maternity/paternity pay

 

Updating changes to pensions

 

Checking PAYE, NI, and other payments

 

Reconciling payroll movements from one month to the next

 

Payroll reporting

 

Liaising with HR

 

Vendor management with ADP

 

Payroll accounting: Reconciliations

 

Liaising with external Tax Advisors

 

 

Key requirements:

 

Extensive payroll management experience

 

Experience of using ADP

 

Strong Excel

 

Understanding of Payroll Tax/HMRC

 

Team player

 

Strong communicator
