Interim Organisation Design Consultant - £500 - £700/day depending upon experience
An exciting opportunity working with an global matrix organisation based in the city of London, who require an Organisational Design Consultant to support them on a project to support strategic growth plans. Your role will report to the VP for HR and you will work closely alongside the leadership team. The role will run for 3-4 months initially.
Experience:
Significant experience working as an Organisational design specialist role within a global matrix organisation
Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships to achieve results
Good understanding of methodologies
An OD qualification or equivalent professional experience
Track record of delivering successful Organisational Design projects and supporting major organisational change / relocation
