Job description:

Our client has an exceptional opportunity for an HR Lead - reporting to the HR Manager for an interim contract for 3 months.

Location: Field Based  to work for a well-established global firm. 

They are offering a competitive salary up to £55,000k + £7.5k bonus + great perks

 

You will embed yourself into the retail teams and travel regularly across the market to provide a first class generalist HR service to all employees in our retail stores in the South of the UK.

You will deliver commercial, proactive and timely support and insights, to ensure we have great teams in place, inspired and able to perform at their best.

 

To be successful in this role you must have:

·         Similar experience within a people partnering role in a retail environment 

·         Know what good looks like, from a business perspective in a store environment

·         Have a passion for developing great people to unlock potential and performance 

·         Possess great coaching skills, with the ability to support, develop and challenge managers 

·         Be a confident communicator, able to translate HR jargon into something meaningful for non HR people 

·         Have a collaboration and partnership approach to create alignment between the business and all areas HR

·         Be a natural problem solver, able to think of creative ways to solve challenges

·         Be a strong relationship builder with the credibility to take the lead and challenge or influence people’s thinking

·         Be curious about how the business works and be driven by unlocking great performance

·         Be resilient and adaptable, and ready to embrace and support regular and ongoing change

·         Be well organised with strong time management, prioritisation and execution

·         Be Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of HR Management Systems (HRMS)/data bases

·         Be able to travel regularly in the UK and occasionally in other regions within EMEA
