This is an exciting time to be joining this leading global management consultancy based in London. The company is currently going through a massive period of growth with numbers doubling across their London, Singapore and Middle East Offices.

You will be heavily involved in recruitment and selection and provide HR support to the wider team.

Description

As HR & Recruiting Assistant, you will work closely with the Global HR & Recruitment Manager. You will be responsible for the following duties on a day to day basis:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Administer testing for successful candidates
  • Oversea the set up of interviews for all campaigns globally - i.e, booking of rooms, identifying interviewers, coordinating diaries etc. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills is key
  • Manage outcomes - i.e, send out offer letter/contracts for successful candidates
  • All HR processes for all personnel and contractors globally
  • Ad-hoc HR duties

Profile

The successful HR & Recruiting Assistant will have the following:

  • Previous knowledge as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role on an international scale
  • Previous knowledge of working within a multicultural environment across timezones would be advantageous
  • Hands on experience with job sites/university careers job boards
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques via LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and have strong organisational skills
