Senior HR Business Partner (FTC)

80K to 90K + benefits + bonus

We are currently recruiting for a senior HR Business Partner to join a highly successful destination UK brand based in Watford on a 12 month FTC (Maternity cover). Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior HR Business partner will be responsible for proactively partnering with the executive team and business directors to drive critical people activities across a dynamic population. This is an exciting time of growth and innovation and it is essential that the People plan is in line with the business strategy and that all employees have the best experience possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering all generalist activity across a highly technical client population, partnering with the COE's to deliver a highly effective people plan
  • Building strong relationships with the Executive team and wider business stakeholders, providing a high level of professional generalist advice and services
  • Developing and managing a consistent and effective level of procedure and best practice across all ER/HR matters, ensuring that the relevant frameworks are fit for purpose
  • Partnering with the L & D team to ensure that line managers are upskilled and supported
  • Leading on any relevant People and Change programmes across the business

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business partnering within a fast moving and commercial business, ideally within the technology/consumer sectors. Extensive experience in managing and driving change through leadership and executive teams across highly specialist areas. Ability to effectively influence, coach and partner with senior level stakeholders is essential.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice as this contract would be starting in November.
