LMA is delighted to be exclusively partnering with one of the major Financial Services companies in the UK to recruit a Senior L&D Manager.

The Senior L&D Manager will head up the L&D Programme and report directly into the HRD.

This is a really unique opportunity and one for the Change Management specialists to really drive their creative juices , as the first and newly created L&D specialist you will be given full autonomy to design, build and roll out a world class L&D offering , understanding the current and future talent challenges and helping the business define a clear road map on how to attract, retain and develop the future starts of tomorrow.

The business is expanding across a number of international territories with a real focus on building their digital skills internally, if you like the idea of being the go to person to equip the business to thrive in the digital era and have previously successfully programme managed a tailored learning & Development build out then this could be a great opportunity to really establish yourself as a leader in the L&D field.

As a L&D Specialist you will be able to likely have a laser like focus to really hone in on ground level issues and be able to confidently articulate the "how to" when it comes to providing the right products and solutions to help the business achieve its commercial goals.
