Interim Recruiter

Ashley Kate are partnering closely with a leading professionals services business in the heart of Leeds city centre who are looking to appoint an experienced recruiter to support them for a period of 6 months. Working closely with the HR Manager you will provide a the full end to end recruitment service to the business managing a portfolio of vacancies. Full time role with a salary of up to £34k.

With the role being a Fixed Term Contract we are looking for an immediate start.

You will be an experienced in house recruiter with experience of dealing with diverse selection of white collar roles including call centre and specialist roles

You will be a confident and experienced recruiter who has exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills and is proactive to ensure managers complete their required actions on the recruitment process.

This is a fast paced environment that requires a robust individual who is fully up to speed with a variety of methods in order to use appropriate and relevant routed to market including the use of LinkedIn, Job Fairs, assessment days and utilisation of recruitment agencies where needed.

Your role will also include all basic administration of the recruitment process and you must also be comfortable this along the actual interviewing of candidates o support managers when needed.

You will be immediately available in order to support this business with their current workload and happy to commit to this fixed term period in order to ensure consistency of service delivery.
